Sitting cushion Alba is moon-shaped, low in the front and high in the back. It is designed to raise the sciatic bones and to bend the pelvis forward so that the spine can take its natural S-shaped curve. The cushion allows the heels to gather close to the body, the hips to drop naturally on the sides while the shoulders are relaxed.
