Claims
If the product you received is damaged or has a defect, you can file a claim by contacting us.
If the claim is valid the trader will replace the product with other of the same kind or will give your money back in case unable to replace it.
If the claim is valid the return expenses and the subsequent delivery expenses will be on account of the trader.
Product returns
You can return the product within 7 working days from the delivery date. The product must be intact and the package should not be damaged in any way.
In case of returns the return expenses are on account of the client. |
